Pruthviraj R  is a Sports Physiotherapist, With nearly two decades of experience in clinical practice and Academics. During Sports Physiotherapy training, he has worked with elite athletes from Punjab Police who have represented the country and has also been part of the Indian women’s Hockey team. A passion for teaching led to a career in academics leading to successful mentoring of young Physiotherapy students graduating with flying colours from JSS College of Physiotherapy, The Oxford College of Physiotherapy and R V College of Physiotherapy, where he has held academic posts. In his Private Practice as Director at Isha Physiotherapy, he has maintained high standards of professionalism in delivering care as per the best practices, which are evidence-based to meet the needs of his clients. His passion for shoulder rehabilitation has led him to get trained under Professor Jeremy Lewis., who has also inspired him for his ongoing PhD research in Shoulder rehab. Being an adherent follower of the idea of Continuous Professional Development, he keenly follows the work of IASP, NOI group and Pain Revolution in the area of Pain Neuroscience and Chronic pain management, Prof Mick Thacker, Prof Peter O Sullivan, Prof Paul Hodges, Prof Lorimer Moseley, Prof Jill Cook who are leaders in cutting edge research in their fields to update his professional development needs.
