Venugopal Reddy had graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2001 and later in Masters (MPT). Working as an assistant professor and clinician, he started updating his skills and searched for result-oriented, evidence-based approaches throughout his journey. As a part completed Jeremy Lewis shoulder tutor course.

Being passionate about the profession apart from teaching runs Shraddha in-patient rehabilitation centre and an outpatient clinic.
