Physio Yogesh Mandhyan completed his education in Physiotherapy from Lucknow Christian College in 1998. He then joined the Avadh Hospital and Heart Center as the head of the physiotherapy department. He established and nurtured the state-of-the-art physiotherapy center at the hospital with a team of 20 physiotherapists under his expert training and mentorship, his expertise in Physiotherapy in Orthopaedics, and critical care.

He has organised several workshops and conferences during his career. He is a certified manual therapist in Mulligan and Maitland concepts. Of note, he was the physiotherapist of the Indian Women Hockey Team and visited Kazan, Russia, in 2008 during the Olympic qualifier tournament. He has also taught physiotherapy at his ala mater from 1999 to 2003. He is also running Physio Dari classes, an innovative educational programme that helps the learner to tread steps from a student to a seasoned practitioner. In addition, he is running his physiotherapy facility, the Prayas Physiotherapy Center. To bring physiotherapy to every stratum of society is the ultimate mission of his life.

The latest feather in the cap is a new venture, C3 Physiotherapy services, facilitating learning and earning for budding physiotherapists. The C3 Physiotherapy services are now service partners in Apollomedics Superspeciality hospital, Lucknow.
